Frequently Asked Questions for Cérémonie du thé japonaise / Chanoyu Vendredi 25 septembre 2026 15h-16h Thé glacé dimensions vary from one product pétales de soucis
What should I do if I may have placed the same order twice?
Explain which purchase you intended and which entry may be unintended. Review the corrected order quantity so an adjustment does not remove what you actually need.
What should I check if only part of an order has been provided?
Review the confirmation to identify every component you actually purchased. Do not place a duplicate order merely to obtain the missing part.
What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?
Check the process for reporting a missing included benefit rather than assuming it will arrive separately. Assess the actual conditions and usefulness of the addition instead of relying only on the word free.
